Disney Phone calls

Someone (sorry, forgot who) wrote about this website where you can schedule Disney Characters to make phone calls to your house!
I just tried it and it's great! I've scheduled two of them for my wife and I can't wait until she answers the phone.

Is this something you have to pay for, or is it a free service?
