Hi all,
I ordered 3 Christmas ornaments from the Shop Parks app back in November. Two of them arrived broken. I have emailed them 3 times and called 3 times (leaving a voicemail message all 3 times since no one was answering the phone). I have had no response. Any return on the order must be postmarked by tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone found a solution?

So I called them again, got a different rep on the phone. She was MUCH nicer and engaged in the problem...but that was over a week ago with no resolution.
It's very frustrating!
