Hi. I am just planning for our January trip.

Could you please tell me where does the 3.00pm afternoon parade begin, is it town square?

Also where does the Spectromagic parade begin.

Spectro starts of to the side near the main entrance (at the start of main street) not sure about the 3pm parade

3pm parade starts the same place.

The 3pm parade has always started in frontierland and finishes on Main Street when we have seen it.
