I read someplace that there is a Disney Outlet at an Outlet Mall near FW. I found a publix and golden corral on vineland ave that seem to be pretty close to FW (based on google maps). Does anyone know if the outlet mall is near this area also?

There are or used to be two of them. One in an outlet mall across from the old Dixie Stampede. The other was in the Beltz mall (or whatever it is called now)

There is a Character Outlet Store in the Orlando Premium Outlets
8200 Vineland Avenue
Orlando, FL 32821

It is across the road from the Publix.

I've been there,,couldn't tell you how to get there.

Hopefully Deb will be along,,pretty sure she may know.

If you leave the fort and go thru DTD to 535 you take a right and go about 1 mile. (You'll go under I-4) and turn left on Vineland. About 1 mile down that road on the right is the outlet mall. If you go thru the food court which is about in the middle and go out the back door and turn right, the store is there. It's not the biggest but I saw some ok deals.

I collect Disney towels so if they have any pick me one up lol.

someone say golden corral???? i love that place everyday that i show up for work!!!! nottttttttttttttt. i do love going to different ones and eating as a customer

There are actually three, and if you take the time to look, you can get deals there.

1) there is one (not owned by Disney) on 535 in the outlet mall between the Walmart and International Drive South. It is in the back of the outlet mall next to the Nike store.

2) there is one in the prime outlet mall next to the old Dolly Parton Dixie thingy right next to I-4. It is now located in the dead center of the place since they have added a third whole section in the back. My suggestion would be to park in the parking deck on the right hand side in the back and go through the back way. It is located right next to the food court. You get there by going down the road, which I forget the name, that is just past the I-4 exit for Downtown Disney. I think the name of the street is called vineland or something like that, but there is a buffet place on the corner and an out of business denim outlet across the street from the intersection.

3) the last one is in the new and improved prime outlet sections over off of Iinternational Drive. You will have to go all the way to the end of I-Drive, past the BassPro Mega Store and the outlet mall is at the end of the street. If you go through the light, you enter the mall. The store is in the back on the right hand side before you get to addidas.

I have found the best deals at #2, but #3 comes a close second. Just remember, if you are looking for sweatshirts, look in the summer. If you are looking for shorts, look in the winter and so on.

We went to 2 and 3 in December. Agree with Jen on both. :thumbsup2

We got lots of great deals and even found some things that were being sold on property there and marked down. I got a great embroidered 'o8 heavy zip up sweatshirt (reg around $65-$70) for only $24. :)

My wife and I went to WDW 2006 and paid $30.00 each for T-shirts. Went to the flea markets at Kissimmee(sp?) and found same shirts with the same tags for under $10.00 each. The Flea markets there are different than most places. You dont see any used stuff. They are very international. I look forward to going to them as much as most of the attractions in the area (excluding WDW of course). You can find most of what you will find in WDW for a fraction of the price. It is fun. We flew down so we sent most of our loot home through the mail. It was fun to get packages in the mail, like Christmas.

Thanks for the info...guess we'll be doing a little side trip for some shopping

Yeah that is the name of the mall that used to be Beltz. The other one accross from the old Stampede is a newer outlet though. Real nice!
