I know there is the Character Premier store @ Belz Outlet Mall but where is the other one?

There is an outlet at the Designer Outlets off 535 in Lake Buena Vista (you can see them from I4) by the Catholic Church.

There is also a smaller one (and some say not as good) in the Lake Buena Vista outlets.

I think the mall by the Mary Queen of Universe shrine is called the Orlando Premium outlets. There's also another Disney Outlet in the Belz mall called the Character Warehouse,
