Disney outlet stores in Tennessee?

We are taking a quick trip next month into the Nashville/Memphis areas for a wedding. I happened to notice that there is a Disney outlet store in Nashville. Has anyone been there? What can you tell me about it? Is it worth a visit?

Are there any other Disney stores in that area?

there is a regular disney store here in franklin (just south of nashville). i havent heard of an outlet store though! i hope someone else replies that has been there. i live about 30 min from nashville and try and avoid it if i can...

need to get dd some princess gear before we go!

I believe the outlet store (as they call it) is the one in Opry Mills. (right by Gaylord Opryland Hotel) I have been to it. Not much of an "outlet" IMHO. Sometimes you can get some really good deals on very limited merchandise like t-shirts or coffee mugs. They have a lot of little kids dress up, toys and clothing items. I am not sure how good of a deal these are as I normally do not look at them since my DS is 12 . If you are at Opry Mills (or anywhere in the Opryland/airport area), it would be worth checking it out. I do not know that I would make a special trip for it though.

There use to be an outlet in Pigeon Forge. Don't bother anymore... it's now basically a regular priced Disney Store run by the Children's Place.

The Disney Outlet Store is located in Opry Mills Mall. Although, you can occasionally find a closeout bargain - the other merchandise is priced similarly to The Disney Stores. The mall is great though - If you just want to go shopping.
