Disney Outlet~Orlando

When we were in Orlando last year. We went to an outlet mall (somewhere!) and there was a store with a lot of Disney things. I think it was called Character Outlet or something like that.

Does anyone know if it is still there. I wanted to try to get there before our Disney stay.

Belz Factory Outlet World at the northern end of International Drive has Character Premier in Mall 1. This is the Disney outlet.
There is also a Universal Studios outlet in the same mall. Here is a link to to layout of the malls and a listing of the stores:

There is also one at the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall Vineland Ave. Lake Buena Vista.

I know where the Belz one is. Where is the one on Vineland?
We are staying at ASMo. I was thinking about dropping off the DH's & DD's at the pool and the mom's go to the mall!

Which one is better?
