I called today to get a quote on a vacation for the week following Thanksgiving. The really chatty CM told me she could only quote the room only price and that I should put down a one night deposit to guarantee that I get the resort that I want. I called after attempting to get a quote on the website and getting the all resorts are unavailable at that time message. Anyone want to guess what's up. Is it really just reservation system maintenance? How many times do they have to do this each year? There seem to be several posts that talk about chatty CMs. Does that mean they have lots of time on their hands because the phones are dead?
