Disney online and ME

Ok my current online ressie says that I have ME but for the day before I depart and the day before I return... Do you think this is a ME error or an onlie error. I already know there is another falsehood online because it says we don't have insurance and we do have it and it is included in our price.

should i call CRO? I am almost afraid I might make things worse by calling about it.

I would go ahead and call CRO if it were me....better to be safe than sorry with what it says online. I'd much rather talk to someone and make sure everything is straight on their end....it may take a while on the phone but, I don't think there is anyway you can make things worse by calling.
