Disney on Travel Channel

I want the Travel Channel I still can't beleive that our Comcast service doesn't carry it.

Call them up and tell them you want it. That's wierd that Comcast wouldn't carry it. Maybe if enough people call they'll carry it. Or maybe its just on another tier.

I waited FOREVER for our cable service (comcast) to have the travel channel, since I LOVE to travel, and kept hearing from people about all the great travel shows. Finally, we got it! I was so excited!! Then, I discovered, they changed things a bit, and in the evening it is almost 24/7 POKER
TOURNAMENTS!!!!!!!! AAAGGGHHH!!! DH loves it..I pretty much want to kill myself, cuz since he has custody of the remote, guess what is on OUR tv every freaking night

We have called Comcast and they tell us we will have it by summer... Yea we will see, I have heard that before. My mom does have it and she tapes shows when I remember to ask her to do so.

We love these shows, but due to our DVC purchase we've shut off our cable. Does the Travel Channel ever sell copies of the shows?

Some of their shows they sell -- but this one they won't. It was produced by a secondary production company. You may keep an eye out, those of you who have Discovery HD -- a longer version of this show is supposed to appear sometime on that channel.

I just watched the fairy tale wedding. It was amazing. It was beautiful. I wish I had $70,000 to spend on a Disney wedding My DD10 says she wants a wedding just like it. Maybe I'll win powerball

I just went to the Travel Channel web site and found the following listed for an airing of Disney Cruise Line: Mar 16, 2005 @ 10:00 am, Mar 18, 2005 @ 9:00 pm, and Mar 19, 2005 @ 12:00 am. That may be eastern time because my local TV guide lists the airing one hour earlier (and I'm in the central time zone). It also shows an additional airing at 2:00 p.m. (CST zone) on the 19th.
Also, my TV guide lists Walt Disney World airing on Mar 18 at 3:00 p.m. (CST zone).
