Promo Codes for Disney on Ice Ticket Discounts

Different venues use different ticket systems to sell their tickets. See below for codes that may work with your local venue's ticket system.

When booking Disney on Ice productions through Ticketmaster, be sure to try the promo codes below! To use the codes, select the number of seats. Leave the price "any price." Select a seating section (but remember, codes won't work for VIP, rinkside or front row seats). Enter discount code in the appropriate box. If it says seats aren't available, go back and try the next seating section down. If seats are still available in that section, they should pop up at the discounted price plus convenience fee.

*

Use code MCD when ordering tickets for Disney on Ice through Ticketmaster and get $10 off each ticket. Does not work for every performance, but often works for weekday matinees. Generally does not apply to the highest-priced section. Try the second-highest section and work your way down. This is a McDonald's promo. Unknown expiration date.

*

Use code FS9 when ordering tickets for Disney on Ice through Ticketmaster and get $5 off each ticket, for up to 6 tickets per performance! VIP and front row excluded. The code comes from a Family Savings Card handed out to people who have already attended a Disney on Ice show. You only need the code to order online, not the card. Expires 12/31/09. Thanks to Sandy Y for info.
* Code AAA sometimes works for discounted Disney on Ice tickets through Ticketmaster. Discounts vary, but some readers report getting tickets in the lower-priced sections for as little as $10 on select dates. VIP and front row excluded. Source: American Automobile Club. You only need the code to order online, not the card. Unknown expiration date.

When booking Disney on Ice productions through MetroTix, try promo code MOM. It will save you $4 per ticket on most shows through January 2010. Thanks to Casey B for info.

When booking Disney on Ice productions through TicketStar, MouseSavers.com reader Kelly K reports the FS9 code listed above works.

If you have a Kroger Plus card (from Kroger supermarkets), check to see if they are offering a discount on Disney on Ice. Frequently there will be a $4 discount.

Call the local venue where Disney on Ice is being presented in your area. Find the name of the arena where the show will be running, and then look up the venue's box office number and call it directly. Sometimes it's cheaper to buy the tickets directly from the box office and sometimes certain showtimes and dates will be discounted by the venue. Sometimes they'll be doing special promotional coupons with a local supermarket or newspaper. Also, most arenas offer group discounts if you have a party of 20 or more.

What is this entertainment book you're talking about? 50% off seems better than $4 or $5 off to me!

I just heard about Disney on Ice yesterday, and even though I'm a 20-something with no kids, I'd really like to go. :rolleyes1

we took our son to disney on ice when he was a little over 3..he didnt seem to have a good time so im not sure if we'll take him again :(

If your location has a spot for an "MC Code", you can use "MOM". You need to get 4 tickets (I think you can get more than 4, but it has to be at least 4) and then select the $11 tickets. I got 5th row seats for the show in Fairfax with that :)

I work for an outlet that uses Ticketmaster and typically all first shows for DOI are 1/2 off. Definitely check that out in your area.

As for the Entertainment Book coupons, they have a lot of restrictions. Some years they restrict what show you can (or can't) use it for and they always restrict what days (usually it's only M-F matinee only). You cannot use the 50% off on top of the already discounted shows either.

Not sure about other cities, but here they also often put out $5 and $7 off coupons at certain grocery stores. But that usually doesn't happen until further into the sale window (like 2 weeks before the show) and often tickets are picked over.

If you haven't done it yet, sign up on DisneyonIce.com and they will put you on their mailer for the early presale codes. They are great if you use them at the actual venue. Buying with the code through Ticketmaster pretty much negates most savings you might get on discount nights because of all the fees that are charged on Ticketmaster online. For instance, we have DOI next month. If a patron bought tickets for the 1/2 price night directly through us at the ticket windows, they paid $11 a ticket in really great seats that they got to choose. Online they'd get whatever TM deemed was the best (which in all honesty generally isn't the best since it's a computer system that's choosing that obviously doesn't know the true layout and feel of the venue) and paid $17 per 1/2 priced ticket after they paid all the TM fees.
