Disney on Ice Question

How do you get the pre sale or discount codes for Disney on Ice? Also how far ahead do they come out?

I bought my tickets for this month's Frozen show back in May. Not sure if the codes are always sent so far in advance.

I don't know about anyone else but I am on the email list for all the local venues we have and they send me presale codes and coupon codes to all the shows and concerts that come to them, including Disney on Ice.

This is my 5th consecutive year going to Disney on Ice. Our shows are always in December. I always buy tickets in June and get the pre-sale code emailed to me. Has been very consistent over the years

I google for a discount code. Usually get $5 off per ticket. Except the frozen show. I bought my tix in June full price for a feb show. Those tickets were selling like crazy. In our city, they also have $10 ticket shows for certain dates/times.

I signed up on the Disneyonice site, and the venues. I get emails with the codes now, and also snail mail. I usually go to the show in Trenton NJ, at the end up January or early February. I find this much easier than trying to see other ones that fall around Thanksgiving or in December (I work retail).

In Trenton, I would call this a 2nd tier type venue, and we do not get the newest shows, we are not seeing the Frozen one for example. We will see Princesses and Heroes (I think the Frozen characters will appear along with others). The major plus side is cheaper parking, and cheaper tickets.

We really enjoy it and it breaks up the long winter a bit.
