Hey guys,

Just thought I'd share a few pictures from our trip to watch Princess Wishes in Liverpool on Saturday afternoon. We had a great time and it was a lovely way to get a little bit of Disney magic whilst over here in the UK.

Our favourite mice opened the show for us, along with special guest, Tinker Bell. Tink was a little too fast to get a good picture of her though, naughty little fairy!

Nearly passed out when these 7 dwarves joined us on the ice for a dance! Grumpy was his usual self and didn't like wishes at all! :rotfl:

Belle and Lumière entertained us with a great rendition of 'Be our Guest'. I loved Lumière's costume, I was amazed he could skate whilst wearing it!

Ariel & Flounder were great too, I wanted to take Flounder home, that costume was sooooo cute!

Ariel and Eric had the biggest production in the show and it was amazing to watch! The boat in the centre had picked up some of the lucky children from the crowd and taken them for a ride around the ice with all the characters! :thumbsup2

The finale was amazing! All the Princess' and their Prince's joined Mickey, Minnie, Tinker Bell and Goofy out on the ice to give us all a great send off. Indoor fireworks too - which didn't surprise me at all with it being Disney!

All in all, great afternoon out and can't wait to be able to go watch again next Autumn. They're celebrating 100 Years of Disney Magic then, looks like a great show! :yay: One thing I will mention though, you'll need to re-mortgage your house to buy the merchandise, couldn't believe some of those prices!

Love the pics, looks great fun. I've never been to one of the on ice shows without sounding stupid what extactly are they like a musical or a play(show) on ice?

great pics! We loved the show when we saw it in October :)

Fab pics!! We too saw it in October, but up in Newcastle and loved every second. I hear you about the merchandise - £8 for candyfloss if I remember rightly. I nearly collapsed in shock!!!

It's done like a show/musical. That's the only way to describe it. The character's voices from the films are in there, alongside some of the most well known songs from each film too.

With the Princess' one they were able to put both the Princess and Prince out on the ice and let them 'dance' to their selected love song too. It was very sweet! :lovestruc

Yep, £8 for a bag of candyfloss and a plastic Mickey-eared crown! And £7 for a slush in a plastic Disney-themed cup! But, it was a winner all the way, I was surprised and shocked how many Mum's were buying them freely for their children, I like you did, nearly fainted with the prices! :scared:

Oh yes of course the slushie!! DF's 4 year old neice desperatly wanted one of those, Mummy bought it for her, in a lovely flounder cup and Uncle Matt and Aunty Kirsten ended up with it as she didn't like it! :lmao: £7 well spent lol!. Ah well, you've gotta love Disney - all worth it to see the smile on the kiddies faces (oh and mine too!!).

Me and DD went to this and it was amazing, thanks for sharing your photos :)

I loved the end, i had a tear in my eye lol.

:rotfl: :rotfl: Now that made me chuckle, when I looked at them I thought they looked horrible! Kids would be hyper off the colouring!

You're welcome about me showing them :) I hope it was a nice reminder of your trip. Was your DD dressed up too? The kids all looked amazing in their costumes, ever so cute! Little Princess' all running about, I even saw a couple of Captain Jack's too - adorable! :goodvibes
