Disney on Ice, Princess Wishes

We're going tonight. I was just wondering for those who have been, do you let your DD wear a princess costume or have you seen little girls wearing them? I don't want DD to be the only one wearing a disney princess dress.

I have not been in a few years, but I can GUARANTEE there will be tons of little girls in princess dresses.

My DD wore hers and so did her two little friends. I would guesstimate that about 50% of the little girls were in costume. Enjoy! It was a great show!

We went when it was here in Feb. and there was a ton of little girls in Princess dresses-all kinds. What a great way to get another wear out of it!

I live in Jacksonville, too. I was thinking about taking our DD2 this weekend. What age is your DD? If you don't mind, would you post how she liked it tomorrow? I am just wondering if mine is too young. We just got back from Disney last Sunday and we are all in Disney depression so thought this may be a good way to curb it a little .

Yup, lots of little Princesses! Bring a sweater - the ice can be cold.

We literally just got back and LOVED LOVED LOVED the show! It was awesome. All 6 princesses were there, along with lots of appearances by tinkerbelle and lots of other characters like the 7 dwarfs, mulan, and the princes. Drusella and anastacia and the 3 fairies from sleeping beauty were there too!

The music was wonderful. The costumes were gorgeous and very detailed.
The actors/actresses were outstanding and the skating was very very good.
There was a dragon who blew fire, and even fireworks at the finale!
They even made bubbles fall on the audience.

So worth the money. If you can, go see this and the expensive seats are so worth it.

I want to post pics but am having trouble and my camera sucks so I'll try to get some up in the next day or two.

Thanks for the review - I need to see what tickets I can get for this weekend. Sounds great. My little one is scared of fireworks, so we just may need to leave right before the finale.

The fireworks only last a few seconds. The finale is great. Try not to miss it.

Parking was $10. We arrived early and got great parking. Leaving was a whole other story. We were parked inside a parking lot (near the entrance) facing a wall. Since everyone was trying to leave at once, there was a complete traffic jam and we couldn't back out of our spot for at least 20 min.

Also, if you arrive early, you actually get to do a meet and greet with the princesses (it starts 90 min. before the show). We didn't do this as the lines were very long and DD already met the princesses in WDW last year.
