Hi all,

We went to Disney on Ice last year and my DD's loved it. We are going again this year on Oct 19. From what I read on the flyer it looks like it is a totally different show than last year. They are even including some stuff from the new Tinkerbell/fairy movie and Lion King. I thought this would be a great way to sort of wrap up our first Disney trip. We will be in WDW from Oct 8-14 and will see Disney on Ice the weekend after we return home.

Just curious if anyone has been to the new show yet and what you thought. Or if anyone else is looking forward to going as much as we are :yay:

We are doing the the Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy on November 1- very excited, we have been to one of the Princess Disney on Ice's before, DD loved it.:goodvibes

DS and I have a date for next Saturday....We are looking forward to it. I remember going to Ice Capades with my mom as a kid & he is excited about seeing the characters. It was great to get an advance purchase code to get great seats before they went on general sale [now if I could just get a code for rooms  ]

they have different show for different area. I found that out when I went to buy tickets a few years ago. They were doing one show in one direction of us and another show the other!

We just saw this show last sat. It was really good. My Dd and DS really liked it. Loved Stitch and peter pan the best.

They have a show here in Tulsa that's kind of in conjunction with the fair. I'd love to go see it, but I'm not going to fight State Fair crowds and traffic. :(

We saw this earlier this week ( my twin dd5) and we loved it. Really got us excited for our trip to disney. The whole show was great, plus seeing the Cars on ice was different as was seeing the new Disney Fairies which my girls loved. Ariel and Lion king on ice we have seen before and were as good as before. But it was fun seeing the new stuff- Cars and Fairies! They really do a nice job with the show. Plus the show is introduced by Mickey, minnie, donald and Goofy. Fun!

We didn't make it to see the princess dresses. But the show does open an hour earlier. Sorry can't provide any feedback on that!

Just saw the Disney on Ice Disneyland show last week. I enjoyed it as did my 2.5yo DNiece who saw it 2x! She recognized what represented many of the rides at WDW since she was just there in June. She did NOT like the Haunted Mansion scene although she didn't have a problem on the ride in June:confused3 We just wish that they have had more Princesses as they only had Cinderella and Snow White for 2 very brief parts.

Oh my, we went to see Disney on Ice and it was amazing. I would love to go again sometime! My family and I really enjoyed it!

I take my girls to Disney On Ice every January (that's when it comes to Rochester). I have seen many shows, some a couple times, and have never been disapointed. The shows are beautiful and it gives us a little bit of Disney here at home...

If you go on YouTube there are clips from the Worlds of Fantasy show.
Seems like just about everything is on YouTube!

We are going to see Worlds of Fantasy in Dec. Can't wait! Got 3rd row seats.

If you're interested, go to the Magic Camel link in my signature, and I think it's on about pages 72-73 there are many pictures from the Disney on Ice we went to in Nashville a couple of weeks ago, which had Cars, Little Mermaid, Lion King, and Tinkerbell Fairies. We did visit the princess dresses diplays. The pictures include the displays, some souvenirs, and the show.

We're also going to one in Huntsville in mid-October, so I'll have pictures of that one then. That one has Peter Pan, Little Mermaid, 101 Dalmations, and Lilo and Stitch.

It's a nice Disney fix, if you're looking for that. My daughter and her family will be in Disney World next Saturday, however, and that's an even better Disney fix!!! :)

DD and I are going to the 3:30 show on Saturday, too! She is so excited because we are going to Disney Oct. 29th and this is really getting us in the "Disney state of mind"!:dance3:
