Disney on Ice - $15 Tickets

I just received the mailer for DOI Princess Wishes in Boston with a $15 ticket deal. I know we did this last year and had great seats! I've gone online and entered my code, but I'm not seeing $15 tickets for the show indicated, or any of the other shows. Anyone else have luck online or should I call for tickets?

In the past when I have gotten this type of promo code I have used it online without problem. But if you can't get it to work I would call and check with them.
