DVC notified of purchase how long for points . Can I call and what info do they need

It can take Disney up to two weeks for Disney to load your contract and your new points.

Yes, you can call to see if its been loaded, I'd wait about a week to start calling. You'll need your contract number and social security number.

I used Member Administration (same number as Member Services, but a different choice on the phone tree). They needed the contract number and the prior owners' names (you can find that info in your contract).

I believe others have used Member Services to find out if they've been loaded into the system. I don't have any specifics on how that works, hopefully someone else will chime in with their experiences.
