I got in just under the wire!
My points actually transferred on 12/11, 93 days from the date of my offer.
The Deed was originally recorded on 11/12, but on 11/30 I got an email from Member Admin.(MA) that there was an error in the recording.
I immediately contacted the Title Company, and they confirmed the error and expedited the correction, but that moved the final deed recording date to 11/30. 0n 12/4 I received another email from MA with the standard -"14 Business Days" to transfer points. I emailed MA on 12/4 and asked if they could possibly expedite the transfer, considering the delay that had already occurred and,as a delightful surprise, when I checked my account on 12/11 the points had been loaded. AND, MA had sent another email telling me they were loading the points!
My experiences with
DVC CastMembers-MS & MA, continues to always impress me.
I have been a DVC member since 2010 and in that entire time have had only 1 mediocre experience with a CM, and 1 BAD experience.
I took the time to register a complaint about the bad experience, but that truly has been the exception to the rule.
Even the few times I've called this year, in the midst of this craziness, I have had excellent customer service, and I can't say that about any other organization that is as large as Disney.
