Disney World Cast Members Share Smiles as Face Masks Become Optional Outdoors

My CM daughter sent me a message about this last night. She did say that the cast member has to sign a statement affirming that they have been vaccinated in order to go without the mask. She also said that lying on a company document is grounds for dismissal. She is glad she can remove her mask sometimes when she is outside at her restaurant and walking to other locations. Every little bit of relief for the CM's is helpful. It's been a rough year!

Nooooooo, I am complaining that Disney decides what is unsuitable, and leaves it at that. Put a link to the T&Cs on that block-page, be open about it.

i reckon disney did not specifically state porn in their t&c is because they assumed grown logical adults would know not to watch it in the parks.

Were you on Disney WiFi? At my job you can’t access any unsuitable sites on their WiFi. You have to switch to your personal data.

I only know this because even Victoria’s Secret is considered unsuitable at my job. It’s considered sexual. A girl couldn’t even buy some 7/$35 panties on their WiFi.

I was at the hotel, but the wifi conditions are probably the same in park and hotels.

And T&Cs are meant to be specific as they are legally binding. You cannot assume in them. That is why in microwave instructions it says not to put live animals in them

My Disneyland Paris trip is over. And it was a good trip, but last summer with Covid measures was better. There was much more to do for AP holders, as in magic shots. Also they moved Mickey/Minnie/Donald/Daisy in unique costumes to an indoor (weather proof) location, and the queue gets long. Today we were queueing 70-80 minutes (estimated was 25) for 1 character selfie. During this 1x 30 minutes, 1x 15 minutes completely stationary. The line not moving at all. The queue is meandering, you cannot see where you are going or how many people are ahead of you. No announcements what is going on. The CM at the exit just knew the first 2 sets were super slow. My suspicion is the fan blogs/websites go there first thing in the morning and taking there time taking 2839 pictures for their social media channels. When the spot is outside things go quicker (and better accesaible for wheelchairs).

Disney is releasing a new exclusive magic band. It will be a deep yellow and called "the bottom of Mickey's shoes" and will sell for $59.99 before tax.

Okay that's a joke, but seriously it was nothing special and then the poster admitted they had no real source for thinking there was going to be a big news drop. Moral of the story is to not buy into unsourced hype from random posters, and also to not get upset online about rumors not being true.

sorry i did not search the t&c like you did so i did not know that they did not spell it out. next time i think you should go to guest services or find the nearest worker and demand to be able to watch porn at any time you desire while on disney property. i can’t even imagine thinking complaining about something like this on a disney message board seems like the logical thing to do for some people

That is what they want you to do, they invite you to call Disney customer service on the block-page

I am not complaining about not being able to watch porn, I am amused and annoyed about Disney saying 'this is not suitable'. Almost equally amusing as people here on the board saying TP for toilet paper or M when they mean menopause.
