You can. You get an equal number of visits to the "plus" options as your length of ticket. So if you have a 4-day ticket you would have 4 admissions to the "plus" options (water parks, mini golf, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Oak Trail Golf Course, and NBA Experience). However, you cannot visit both miniature golf courses (Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland) on the same day. Here is the exact wording from the Park Hopper Plus Option details:

Plus, you get a certain number of visits to other Walt Disney World fun based on the length of your ticket. For example, a 4-day ticket allows 4 visits and a 5-day ticket allows 5 visits. For each visit, you can choose one of the following:
  • Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
This thrilling water park features one of the world's tallest and fastest free-falling waterslides, as well as slides and rides for the whole family.

  • Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park* (Currently Unavailable)
From fast waterslides to a children's area with pint-sized raft rides, this water park has attractions for everyone. Catch 6-foot waves or float on an inner tube down a lazy river.
    • * As a reminder Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park remains closed at this time.
  • NBA Experience (Currently Unavailable)
Enter an immersive world where all of your basketball dreams are just a layup away. Inside the impressive venue inspired by modern-day NBA arenas, you can enjoy 13 unique experiences that merge the magic of Disney with the thrills of the NBA.
  • ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (Currently Unavailable)
Discover world-class venues where sports dreams can come true for athletes of all ages.

  • Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course – FootGolf
Played over Disney’s 9-hole golf course, FootGolf combines the excitement of golf with the fast-paced nature of soccer for a unique experience. The precision sport requires players to kick a soccer ball into a cup, in a similar fashion to regular golf, using as few attempts as possible.
  • Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course
Enjoy a 2,913 yard, par 36, 9-hole walking course with fun for everyone, from developing golfers to experienced players. Greens fees only.

  • Disney's Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (prior to 4PM)
Play one round of miniature golf (prior to 4:00 PM) at a fun course inspired by the Disney classic film Fantasia.

  • Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course (Currently Unavailable)
Treat yourself to one round of miniature golf (prior to 4:00 PM) at either of 2 Santa Claus-themed courses.

All tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Parks, attractions and other offerings subject to availability, closures and change or cancellation without notice or liability. Water parks subject to rehabilitation, seasonal and weather closures.
Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Disney reserves the right to cancel any offering. View important details.
To participate in NBA Experience activities, footwear is required; athletic footwear is recommended. Age restrictions may apply. Adults must sign a waiver when they arrive at the venue; for children younger than age 18, the child’s parent/guardian must sign the waiver for minors. For convenience, you may view the waiver in advance.
Tee times are required for Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course and are subject to availability. FootGolf is available every Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday after 2:30 PM, subject to availability. Miniature golf valid for one round. Round must start prior to 4:00 PM. Only one miniature golf visit per day. ESPN Wide World of Sports admission valid only on event days; some events require an additional admission charge; there are no events on certain days; days and hours of operation of concessions, venues and attractions vary. Visit www.espnwwos.com for more information

Thank you so much for spelling this out. It is very helpful! We have nine day tickets so we'll have more than enough admissions to the water parks and mini-golf. Thanks again!

One more question about park hopper plus— I have a planned resort day with 10 day PH+ tix. If I scan into Blizzard Beach on my resort day, it will NOT use one of my regular tix?

Ummm....and I guess we still are waiting to hear about some sort of a Christmas party version of whatever they're doing after Boo Bash? I mean, technically, Boo Bash starts NEXT MONTH!

Correct. They are counted separately, each getting 10. BB will not use a park day.

It is stinky how they’re holding everything back.

It was understandable when necessary. Guests booked these summer trips with good will to accept the limitations of WDW during a pandemic. Clearly the decision to hold EVERYTHING back to Oct 1st is not related and not necessary. It’s a bit of a boot to the face. WDW taking advantage of that good will.
If anyone traveling between now and October 1 thought there wouldn’t be a lot of things introduced for the Anniversary, they just weren’t being realistic.

We’re going for HEA and yes, missing out on all that the anniversary will bring. Let’s face it, covid threw a huge wrench in their plans so they’ve got to hold back what little they have to make a big deal of what is a big deal. They’ve had to scrap huge projects.

Things like FP, that’s needed to manage lines should come back yesterday. They need more restaurants and they are bringing those back. But new things? I have no issue with them holding back. We’ll just make a trip next summer to catch it all.

I hope they cleaned up winter summerland because when we walked over there a week and a half ago it looked awful. Like a faded, neglected, rundown, shut down small town mini-golf. It was so incredibly sad. We golfed it a few years ago and it felt so shiny and new and exciting and DISNEY! Hopefully they spruced it up a bit, and I’m sure just having people and action there helps, but it really seemed like things needed new paint or refurbishing or something. Something more than they could have done in 1.5 weeks.

As much as it disappoints me to miss things (for now) that seem great, I 100% agree! but holding back FP+ is something completely different. They will continue to open shows/attractions/dining as soon as they can staff, but FP+ should have been ready to go by now, and Im losing hope they will bring it back by my late July trip.

I get that but only to a certain extent.

Guests have been booking trips and for the most part accepting the limitations as they were necessary.
Many of these things have nothing to do with being necessary. And most are not being held back because the shutdown delayed the ability for them to be ready. Most of these things were supposed to be off the ground before the 50th even rolled around.

Same--- we leave on July 14, and totally losing hope for FP+ :((

I think everyone was expecting special activities and enhancements for the 50th. What I think folks are, rightfully, calling out as excessive is the fact that they are (seemingly) intentionally withholding fairly standard experiences that could otherwise be ready BEFORE that time and using the anniversary as justification. There SHOULD absolutely be special 50th activities... but Remy could/should have been opened when ready and they could likely upgrade Philharmagic well before October.

So, as a person with a trip in September, I fully expect all the rides to be under refurbishment so they can be perfected for October 1. I'll be stuck riding Small World over and over again. And don't open any additional restaurants until October 1. At least that's what it's starting to feel like.

I actually just told a co-worker who booked a quick mid September trip to see HEA one more time that she may luck out and run into some soft openings ahead of October 1st!

I don't think many people realize that Disney isn't holding back FP+ out of spite, but because of what is almost certainly IT issues. According to various insiders the FP+ infrastructure was cannibalized to make the Park Reservation system and there really isn't anything "there" right now to go back to...it's really not as simple as flipping the switch back on. They basically have to jerry rig a whole back end again and we all know how Disney IT is.

I will admit, I didn't know that. Thanks for the information, it makes more sense now why it hasn't happened.

Thanks for posting that mini golf info. I wonder when it changed. I know we have done multiple rounds in a single day before. I usually plan a single day to use some of the plus options. This time I only have arrival day set aside for golf or water parks. If we can’t golf twice, I don’t think the plus tickets make sense. OOP is cheaper. My family loves typhoon lagoon but they are not very interested in blizzard beach.
