Yes, but it didn't cause MK to close early. It ran for 3 hours after close, though the closing times were still on the early side back then.

Even if they go back to MNSSHP they aren’t going back to MNSSHP prices. But I do hope they bring back the parade and fireworks for boo bash (if that’s the way they go).

‘Star Wars: Andor’ Possibly Shortened to Three Seasons Instead of Five​

Andor News on Twitter translated a Brazilian interview with the director of photography Adriano Goldman, in which he said (originally in Portuguese) the series “was supposed to be five seasons long but I think it’s not happening, it will have three maybe.”

“Andor” will be a prequel to “Rogue One,” but not much else is known about the series. An air date has not been set.

man i wish the moana bit was done for my trip in a few days only because my sister and brother are drinking around the world and wearing moana themed shirts. hers says "see the line where the food meets the wine it calls me" and my bros says "what can i say except tequila"

Have you heard anything about when it might be done? I've only seen vague timelines. I'm going in September and I love Moana!!

I find it odd that they’ve turned normal yearly announcements into such a big deal. Something that has seemed to happen since Covid, return announcements are getting new attraction style treatment. Now we’re getting merchandise/food halfway to a holiday?

First Look at Renovation Plans of Magnolia Golf Course at Walt Disney World​

Starting May 9, 2022, Magnolia Golf Course at Walt Disney World will be closed for a major renovation. Scott Sanders with the Disney Cruise Line Blog shared a rough composite of the current course with the renovation plans layered on top.

Enchanted Tales with Belle Transforms Into Meet and Greet Space, Return of Full Attraction Uncertain

Guests looking to get a portrait taken with Belle can now find her inside Maurice’s quaint country cottage in Magic Kingdom. Belle used to take physically distanced photos in the outdoor queue, but with the return of traditional, non-distanced meet and greets, Belle has moved indoors to take photos with guests. Disney PhotoPass is available at this location. Cast Members were not sure if or when the full attraction might return.

I think MNSSHP - they need the win. I may be a little baised about that though, but it makes sense to me. Now, pricing may be out-of control for it, but I think they need to bring back the full parties.

I agree with this and also in time most things have gone back to what they were.

when they say various outdoor vending carts, is that only in MK or other parks as well? I really would like to try and get one but i won't be in MK until the 4th.

Sigh, I love Star Wars so we're going to this but I'm such a picky eater I hate all of this haha!

I don't consider myself a picky eater, generally. I am not a big meat eater, especially pork. I agree that those choices are limiting. I would eat the non-plant-based pancake, maybe the plant one. I could avoid the pork belly but eat the shrimp. I would eat dessert too.

I'm guessing it's a way to offload a bunch of Halloween merch that didn't come in on time last year due to supply chain issues.

It might be, but Halfway to Halloween started a few years ago and is used across many platforms, including Disney Channel (they show some Halloween movies and specials). It's just an overarching marketing campaign - and it's pretty popular, hence it's growth.

FCC filing shows more of Disney's upcoming MagicBand+​

A recently unclassified FCC filing reveals a little more about Disney's upcoming MagicBand+, the next generation of the MagicBand coming soon to Walt Disney World.

As part of the FCC approval paperwork, several images of the device can be seen, including one shot that shows the charging cradle.

The USB connected charger is a small dock with charging pins that the MagicBand+ will snap into. This is the first MagicBand that has a rechargeable battery.
