Harmony Barber Shop Reopening its Doors this Summer at Walt Disney World​

A mainstay of Magic Kingdom Park since opening day, Harmony Barber Shop is opening its doors once again on July 31 for the world’s most magical haircut.

To ensure service is a cut above the rest, a limited number of reservations for this timeless experience will be bookable in the My Disney Experience app beginning June 28.

For those who wish to look sharp at the park, walk-in appointments will be accepted based on availability.

And for inquiring (and eager!) minds, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique will also begin reopening its doors for royal transformations later this year at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for all the sparkling details.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a test run and they end up making the Genie+ changes permanent. Not saying I would purchase it but when I visited in January I really didn't see any reason to buy it and it seems like it has quite a bit more value now.

You might be best off ordering the ones in the mail that you can do via zoom with the medical professional. That's what my mom does for her Carnival cruises. She orders them a month in advance and then the week before schedules the time for the zoom call. So you might be able to schedule it for early in the morning before you head into the parks?

Likely a Canadian. We needed to do them to come home for quite awhile, though that requirement has been dropped now.

Agreed.

For us, we use the DAS, so it already diminishes Genie+'s value. But, we used it on Mickey and Minnie's and Space more than once because it gave it value, and refreshed to get Frozen. Since the DAS is limited to one at a time, in parks like Epcot and HS with less attractions, Genie+ WITH these attractions is a great companion. Without it, it would have only been worth it in MK. A lot of families who use DAS feel this way, and it's losing Disney money from these repeat visitors.

‘Disenchanted’ Confirmed To Hit Disney+ This Year, First Official Look Released



Despite recent reshoots, and a new and uncertain post-production timeline Walt Disney Studios and has just confirmed that Disenchanted will in fact hit Disney+ later this year.

More specifically, subscribers can expect the film on the platform this Thanksgiving.
