Packages supposedly start at around $180,000 for Magic Kingdom for a nighttime event.

We were considering a vow renewal at Disney for our 25th next year. I've used Disney math to convince DH that most of the expenses are worth it, but I'm going to have to work at justifying this one.

Just wanted to report something- two people I know have announced on FB they have been cast in the new Finding Nemo musical iteration and rehearsals start tomorrow! They rehearse for 6 weeks, so it seems like a late May opening? So excited for them (and me! I love musicals!!!)

When I was there last month, even with a long line, there were more empty trams than filled. I don't know why they send so many without guests on it?

Disney World Dining Updates For the Week

Just wanted to report something- two people I know have announced on FB they have been cast in the new Finding Nemo musical iteration and rehearsals start tomorrow! They rehearse for 6 weeks, so it seems like a late May opening? So excited for them (and me! I love musicals!!!)

They have not been given a specific start date, and I’m not sure if these 6 weeks include dress/tech rehearsals. Their contracts are 60 weeks, so I’m wondering if it’ll be 8 weeks before show time.

Disney World extends theme park hours in Early April

Walt Disney World theme park hours have been extended at all four parks from April 3 to 9, 2022.

Magic Kingdom will now be open from 9 am to 11 pm except on April 7 when the park will close at 10 pm.

From April 4 to 9 Epcot will be open from 8:30 am to 9 pm instead of 10 am to 9 pm.


Disney’s Hollywood Studios will open earlier than previously scheduled from April 4-9. The park will be open from 8 am to 9 pm except on April 6 when the park will close at 5 pm.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom will now open at 7:30 am instead of 9 am. The park will also close at 8:30 pm instead of 7 pm.

Please continue through April, please continue through April...

Tiger Lily Water Play Area Refurbishment Extended Through Mid-April at Disney's Vero Beach Resort

As previously reported, the Tiger Lily Water Play Area at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort temporarily closed for refurbishment on January 3, 2022. The water playground was originally expected to reopen to Guests in mid-March; however, due to the fact that some work still needs to be performed, the reopening of this area has been delayed until at least mid-April.

During this time, the feature pool and Pirate’s Plunge Pool Slide will continue to remain open for Guests staying at the resort.
