Everything looks really perfect! I wouldn't worry about any of your breakfast ADRs- it will be easy to get to breakfast via the monorail & even easier to get to the parks from those hotels. Great game plan! Have a fun time!

I am guessing that you checked allearsnet.com for your menus for places to eat.
That site will tell you what places are available at each park.
