When is it going to start and I am hoping they make an animated series based on the ghosts of the Haunted Mansion.

The service will launch sometime in 2019. It will not offer any original exclusives initially. Iger specifically said that they're starting small. Later, probably once the rights Hulu, Netflix and Amazon have to Disney content expires and this service can benefit from exclusive access, they'll start adding original content.

Well, they do have one original exclusive, the new episodes of Clone Wars. That's the only thing announced, and we don't know if it launches with the service, but I think it probably will. Otherwise, the content is a mystery.
