Disney Name Fill-clip art help

I have tried and tried to do this on my own, but I'm just no good. All I want is one clip art with my name HEATHER in this style.

Also, instead of 2007, 2011.

Can someone help me or do this for me? I just want to use it in my signature. Oh and of course I just want the size to be smaller, around the same size as the one already in my signature.

I did one for you. Let me know if this is small enough. I was hesitant to make it any smaller as you wouldn't be able to read it or see the characters.
