Hi all,

This is my first time browsing this site and posting a question, so please bear with me. Anyway, can anyone tell me how I can get music from the parks off the web to play on the computer??? A former colleague once informed me of it, but I have lost it as I just saved it right to Favorites.

I am far away from home and my sanity truly depends on it.

Many thanks!!!!!

nnooiiiiicccce!!!!!
exactly what i was looking for. real intimidated by this thread stuff so i really cant thank you enough.
cheers...

I've recorded Live365 streaming radio and burned them on a CD so I get a full 8 hrs recording to listen to at work since they banned any kind of streaming radio on the network. (people were downloading off Kazaa... stupid, stupid people!)

Hey, oogieboogie, how did you record off of Live365? I listen all the time. It would be nice to have without the internet connection.

There are a lot of programs out there that allow you to "rip" (record) streaming audio. The problem is, i have never found one that will parse the audio into individual songs from Live 365. It just records one long stream of audio (no way to skip tracks to the next song, in other words). I'd be VERY interested if someone knew of a program to do that on live 365.

wvrevy: that's right. My recordings are in mp3 and 650mb in length, not parsed into individual songs. That's OK by me, since it's only for background music in my cube so I don't mind that I can't build it by individual songs. To this day, I haven't found one that can parse it.

#1 DOUG Live Fan: I use OPD2D. It's a small little program, very simple to use. It records either in WMA or MP3 format, although I use the MP3 because it's more compressed than the wma. You can google OPD2D - what I like about it is it's free.
