Disney Movies in the Vault?

Can someone tell me a site were I can find the List of Disney Movies that are in the vault and reaslease dates/

What I do'nt get is if these Movies are in the Vault
Take the
The Lion King
Why can people sell them on E-Bay ?

"In the vault" indicates a title not in current production. Anyone with a copy of a title previously available may sell it. On Ebay one should be aware of unlicensed copies.
