I have over 4000 points. However, I apparently have two different Disney accounts with the same email address. It won't let me sign in. Instead, I get this message:
The email address ________@_______.net is associated to multiple Disney Online accounts.
If you wish to sign in with this email address, you must select one of those accounts.
When I click to select, I changed one to primary and the other to, "I no longer use this account." However, when I try to sign back in, I get the exact same message again. Any troubleshooting ideas? I really don't want to lose all those points!
