I'm hoping this is going into the right forum. It is a rewards program and it is Disney so ....

I just registered for this program and when looking at the "eligible movies" I see that I have a few other movies in our collection that should be eligible.

However, when I looked at the DVD cases for these movies we don't have a "code sheet" inside them to redeem for points. We keep all the "insides" for all of our movies and even one of them I just opened today to check it out but nothing.

So does anyone know how to enter those movies in for points or what I need to do?

thnx in advance.

Their FAQ page mentions that "Only select Disney DVDs and Blu-ray Discs® will contain a code that can be redeemed for Disney Movie Rewards. Please view the Eligible Movies Page at DisneyMovieRewards.com to see which titles are eligible."

That page is a page you can scroll through.

And then they say if you have an eligible movie with no code, you can use their Contact Us page.

But I do wonder if it's very specific editions of the movies.

Thnx. I did follow those instructions and sent an e-mail to them to see what is up. I also noted that the various versions seemed to be noted (blu-ray etc) so I think my copies fall within the parameters.

I was just wondering if anyone on here had the same experience.

One thing that did occur to me was that those movies I have that are listed but I have no code for, are Canadian versions and I'm wondering if at the time it was limited to US residents only and just recently it has been opened up to us Canucks as well, seeing as how the most recent purchases seem to have worked fine (Pooh, Mickey's Clubhouse Hunt etc.).

Guess we will see when I get a response.
