Disney Movie Rewards problem

Has anyone else had problems logging into the DMR site. I get login failed and I had the same password for years. I even tried to send the forgotten password option. But then it tells me my email address does not work????

I sent 2 emails to the the help desk and gotten no response. Just sent another email and I mentioned the previous 2 emails and inquired why no one has responded back to me. I am getting pretty frustrated. I wanted to print out the AIW coupon So I can get my $10 off. Now I see they have additional coupons for Bambi and a couple of others. I do not want to miss out on these before they expire. But if I get no response, looks like I lose. I am also concerned because I have a ton of points and hopefully nothing happened to my points.

I had the exact same problem several months ago. I emailed the help desk and they responded the next day. They gave me a new password and made sure that my points remained intact.

I had this problem a while ago, it took them 2 weeks to completely help me with my problem. It was at least 3 days for them to reply to each email I sent. It did get taken care of, I just wish it hadn't taken quite so long.

I had a problem a while back and they were not responding to my email. I went to their facebook page and found a phone number. The lady helped me right away.

Well I am able to get back into the DMR website. I called them. She did apoligize that no one got back to me. She determined that somehow my account was deleted, which I had over 5000 unused points on.

With her help we were able to reset up my account and she was able to restore my points . She laughed and said no wonder you were concerned that is a lot of points to lose. I told here she should see my collection of movies. But bless her for helping my get back into the site.
