Disney Movie Rewards- Points GONE!! :(

I have been having a problem for about 3 weeks now. I couldn't log in one day and suddenly it said I have multiple accounts.:confused3 I have been working with help desk and suddenly I am not getting any response from them. I have over 5000 points, (am saving up for one of the big Prizes).

Same here! Now I have multiple accounts and all I want is all my points to be combined! I have been emailing them, but now have not gotten a response in a few days.
 
I had some codes expire a couple years ago, but I think I got a notification that they were expiring so I was able to use them in time. I haven't had this happen again since so I just went to check the FAQ and found this:

Your points may expire if you have not had any activity for 270 days. “Activity” is defined as logging in to your account at least once.

So if you haven't logged into your account in a long time, that may be why your points expired.

My son logs in all the time so that's not it. I'm going to email them again.
