It was towards the bottom of the email in the small print. It was right after I had become a fan on facebook (through the link in the email), so I don't know if that had anything to do with it. When I went to the website the 100 point offer just showed up.

The 50 point code didn't work for me though ....

PS just went back and tried the 50 point code and this time it worked! Thanks jenseib

I went back to the email and clicked on the link and the offer came up again (it's only good for one time though).

Try this -
go to the bottom of the email below where the 5 point code is. There's a link for disneydigitalbooks.com and below that the next paragraph is marked by *** theres a link to www.disneymovierewards.com. Click on that link. When mine comes up the offer was right there on the page. I clicked on join now and on the next page I clicked on "already a member" and then logged in. Then took the survey.
