ok well i bought the mickey window right? and then it gave me the code but they code doesnt work!! i typed it in three times the right way and nothing. has this happened to anyone else?
Yesterday, I sent a message to vmk, through "contact us".
I checked my e-mail when I got home from work today and this is what i found:
"Dear FlyingPegasus,
I am sorry you were having difficulty with your code.
I have manually added the item to your inventory. If you do not see it in your inventory after two days, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

I think you should send in another message stating your problem and that you have written once without and reply. Just politely ask if they can check on it. If others are getting solutions now, maybe it will go to the attention of someone who can get your item.
