disney movie reward problem..

ok well i bought the mickey window right? and then it gave me the code but they code doesnt work!! i typed it in three times the right way and nothing. has this happened to anyone else?
 
This is a bug, remember to hold onto your code by saving it in word pad, or something like that. In a day or two try it again. If this code contiunes not to work use contact us and I am sure they will fix it for you.
 
ok thanks man for the info, i got offered brown cowboy shirt no vest for window and then code didnt work so they traded someone else.. but yea it is in my email so it is safe.
 
I have the same problem.

I was so excited when my daughter stopped by and she had some new Disney movies in the car with her. I got the codes and entered them, and cashed in the points for the stitch space helmet.

When I entered the code in VMK I get the message that says the code is not valid..:sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: :confused: :confused: :confused3 :confused: :confused: :confused: :headache: :headache: :headache: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: :sad2: :sad2:

I knew I should of used the points for the interactive princess castle party center piece!!!!! :guilty: :scared1: :eek:
 

have the same problem i got my helmet and it worked then the next day i got one for bugchris and his code is comming up as invalid. he is so upset. i sent a message through contact us and have not heard anyting back yet.
 
I've been trying to go on the movie rewards site and seems there is a problem with it.. Anyone else having problems saying web page not found??
 
Everyone:

When I first tried redeeming for the home theater set many months ago, the system had a glitch, and the code never popped up for me. I wrote to Disney Movie Rewards via their Contact Us, and they emailed me a replacement code.

I forgot that their form is at the bottom of the FAQ page. Scroll down and you'll find it. Ask for help if the codes still don't work after waiting a day, and they probably will send a replacement. Better still, write the code you're trying to enter in your form to them.

I have to mail in a proof of purchase for Meet the Robinsons because my DVD was missing the insert with the code.
 
The Disney Movie Rewards site is filled with all sorts of problems. Half the time I can't even get the login to work. Seems like it only recognizes my username and password when it "feels" like it. Fortunately my home theater code did work, but every time I use that website, either to log in or enter a code, I cross my fingers and hold my breath.:rolleyes:
 
The problem with entering codes appears to be game-wide; it is not limited to Movie Rewards codes. Since Saturday, players have been reporting that none of their codes are working.

Edit: I've entered codes for Narnia and POTC Dead Man's Chest successfully today, but old pirate codes I've saved do not work; only newly received ones.

I also tried a code from a pirate well card, and that worked.

I checked my e-mail when I got home from work today and this is what i found:

"Dear FlyingPegasus,

I am sorry you were having difficulty with your code.

I have manually added the item to your inventory. If you do not see it in your inventory after two days, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

Thanks and see you in VMK soon!

I think you should send in another message stating your problem and that you have written once without and reply. Just politely ask if they can check on it. If others are getting solutions now, maybe it will go to the attention of someone who can get your item.

hey all, yeah i've noticed this problem too. i was so excited last night when i cashed in my points for a stitch hat, put in the code about 15 times...and nothing. i was actually just coming onto the dis to post and see if anyone else had this problem :lmao: so we're thinking it will be solved soon? i hope:goodvibes

P.S My code worked for my fire window so half of my problem is fixed, movie code still didn't work.
