Disney Movie Reward...can't find code

Hi, I just bought Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Mickey Saves Santa and I can't find the code. The only thing on the inside of the case is one insert that shows what's on the disc. Where is the code? Thanks

bumping...did everyone else find their code? Mine wasn't in there. I did email Disney Rewards. I guess I'm waiting to see what they tell me, if anything.

Just opened mine to check and there wasn't a code. Maybe it's not eligible?

hmm that's interesting. It lists the movie as eligible. It says it's worth 75 points. I wonder what is going on then.

My 25th anniversary Fox and the Hound DVD has no insert with a code inside. Anyone have any success in getting a code from either the customer service number or the contact us button?
