interesting artical on Disney Mobile about when locked out of DM (parental control) the phones will Roam and find another network anyhow.It looks like they then bill you all the roaming minutes as well.

Wow.....2900 minutes the kids were on and the parent/parents never checked to see who, what or where they were calling?

I have no use for Disney Mobile, but just reading that makes me wonder how us older generation people survived without all these tracking devices...oh that's right, my parents kept tabs on me Technology cannot take the place of being a parent. JMHO

I took the 2900 minutes thing with a grain of salt as it was DM's fault. I know and check on our 5 phones every couple of days ( it takes 5 minutes with Nextel/Sprint ) So i would see if things are out of place. It's like giving a teen a cell that text messages and not knowing they are using it to do that.

But the Roaming without notice was more of a concern as if you think your just making a call (that is approved or not by parent)but it's blocked and it automatically connects you to roam to circomvent this then that needs to be addressed.

I agree, the roaming thing is pretty stinky.........

Guess you really have to be diligent when signing on the dotted line with cell phone providers.
