Where IS that EASY button advertised on TV?

Gave one for DD9-birthday today- she loves it- played the High School Musical card this am- downloaded tunes to it and now the card won't play. Frustrated and can't find the directions that i opened this morning!!!! I know they are around somwhere but until I find them, if anyone can HELP!!! i would be a happier consumer!! I paid extra for the card-although NOW I know I should have just gotten the CD and downloaded it onto PC w/ the rest of the Hilary Duff and Disney World tunes!!! The card was not in the unit when i downloaded the music. I thought I read that the downloaded songs will play until you load a card-then the card would auto play. It also said to turn unit off b/f putting in and taking out card-this we DID do. HELP!!!!
