Disney Mix stick danger?

I bought a HSM mix stick yesterday from limited too, a mix stick is pretty much an mp3 player, when I got home I searched online and found this

It says that the product can cause cancer, and even birth defects, it's a actually started to scare me

A lot of Disney's products say that. I remember the Disney Store catalogue would say it for most of their items.
We bought a Lionel Mickey Train for the Christmas tree and it said that too.
I wouldn't worry about it.

I had a mix stick for 2 years until I got a zune and I'm fine.
I wouldn't worry about it.

Everything causes cancer according to the Californians. Half the products I own (some of which are 100% vegetarian and/or organic) have the same warning label "This product contains a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer". It's on just about everything.
