Disney mini golf coupons?

Hi fellow penny pinchers! Last year, when we did WDW, we got a coupon w/our package for a discount on the mini golf. I can't remember how much it was. We did use it, and loved the golf courses! My boys are big mini golfers. My question is, are these coupons transferrable? I'm guessing a lot of people don't use them. Are they only valid during the person's vacation package dates? We're going in Nov, but not doing a package deal this time.

They have your name and dates on them when they come in the package. They are only good until your check-out date or a short period of time after that.

Since these coupons are in my name, do I have to be there to use them or can DH? DH wants to use ours and my brother wants to use my mom's. My mom and bro have the same last name.

We used some during our stay and they didn't ask for id but they were only good for the time we were there.

I think there are annual pass and DVC discounts for mini golf, if that helps.

How do you get to the mini golf if you don't rent a car?

Fantasia Gardens mini-golf is in front of the Swan hotel. You could take a bus from a park to the Swan, or take a bus from a resort to the Studios and walk to the Swan (about 20 minutes).
