Disney Mickey Pancake form

Has anyone seen this for sale in Disney. you know the one you set in a pan and pour pancake batter in to make a mickey head pancake

No, I haven't been able to locate one, but I have made due by buying a large Mickey cookie cutter (at least 3x3 or 4x4) and grease it well and put in middle of skillet and pour batter in. It has worked fine for me!

You can do it without a form, but sometimes Mickey can be lopsided. I just pour three circles in the head shape and hope it comes out right.

We are experts at this--we do Minnie and I've made pooh and goofy once.

For better perfection so you don't overpour the batter (it will take practice and at first they may be lopsided as stated above)--we use a 1/4 measuring cup for Mickey's face and then use a table-spoon measuring spoon to poor the ears--they way I don't overpour an ear and it becomes larger than the face Since Mickey's head is a circle--if you get the first ear a little off, adjust your pan so it looks correct and then pour the 2nd ear.

We never have pancakes without a round of Mickey's.

For Minnie-just leave more space between ears and then with maybe 1/8 tsp poor to quasi-circles pretty close together and you have a bow.

Once you get good at these--you can experiment with the others...Pooh is a round head with small ears really far apart...goofy, I was "goofing" around one day and can't remember how I made him, but I did.
