Where is everyone's go to store for cheap little girl shirts etc Walmart? Target?

I have found some really cute ones at Target and the quality is pretty good to. They are often on clearance there. I have seen them at Walmart and Kmart. My Sam's Club sometimes has outfits as well. Not sure where you are from but my Dillards had some Minnie Mouse outfits that were really cute.
