This may, or may not, be a silly question. Is there any Disney merchandise for pets available at WDW? We always get our pug a treat or toy from all of our trips, and I think it would be fun to get something from Disney.

If such stuff does exist, do you have pictures or advice of where to get it?

World of Disney has gifts for pets at downtown disney and I also know the store right next to the Sci-Fi dine in at HS also has some pet souveniers other parks im sure have them just dont know where you can see some pictures here http://allears.net/btp/dtails.htm

They have a lot of different choices for your puppy. One year we got our dog Mickey ears and our neighbors dog Minnie ears. They went out with the kids trick or treating in their ears on Halloween. LOL

We bought our two dogs dog collars with Mickey heads on it. The heads ended up fading and coming off, leaving the metal in the shape of Mickey, but they were cute before they faded.

The BEST souveneir we ever got for one of my dogs was actually something we purchased for my niece. LOL They sell bath toys, these rubber Mickey and pals that you can use in the tub. One of my dogs was always stealing them whenever he came into the bathroom. Eventually we just gave them all to him, he still has one left that he hides in the yard only to have it reappear a few weeks later. My next trip I'm going to get him a new set. :)

They have food bowls, we have one for our cat. Its on the larger side so it probably could be used for a dog too. They have some other stuff but I don't rememeber what.

They had dog goodies in the Fire House at MK. You can make dog tags there. We purchased a Polo Shirt with Mickey Mouse on it last year for our Maltese. They had some toys and collars/leashes. The Emporium had a smaller selection of pet gifts also at MK.

Wow! That's a lot more pet merch than I was expecting!!! :woohoo:Thanks everyone!

Not a lot, but there are bowls (featuring all the Disney cats or dogs) and collars and maybe a few toys. I also just bought my dog a bandana that says "My Human Went To Disney World and All I Got Was This Lousy Bandana" with a picture of Pluto on it. I got it at the gift shop in the Poly while waiting to be buzzed for breakfast at 'Ohana.

The large gift shop at MK has some stuff. We have gotten a pair of MM pants with a squeaker in them, a mickey head with squeaker, and a leash that has all the pooh characters on it. We look each trip to see if there is something new since we love to bring home a special treat for Colin.

I have also bought the "Lousy" bandana and a customized Mickey tag. You'll find some fun toys in the resort gift shops and there is a whole section of pet stuff in one of the stores at Downtown Disney.

I think WDW really needs to improve in this area. Not much at all!

We have gotten some nice things in the past off of the Disney Shopping site on-line (Incredibles shirt, treat container, etc), but I really haven't seen anything lately - and certainly nothing noteworthy at WDW itself.

My dogs love these little catnip scented balls that are designed for cats, each with a different disney cat on it. My cats hated them but the dogs love the crinkly noise they make. They are about the size of the small tennis balls our local pet store sells.

Those are the only toys my cat plays with! When I was there in May I wanted to get a set for my niece's cat but couldn't find them anywhere.

They had ID tag making machines all over. I specifically remember seeing one at the Ticket and Transportation gift shop. They advertise them for pets and for putting on your backpack, luggage, etc.

My dogs absolutely love their WDW foodbowls and I believe they only cost like $10. they also had them in cat size, as well as the mats to put under them and some toys and leashes and collars. We got them at the emporium, but also saw them @ WOD, as well as in a few stores in EPCOT

To the OP: Don't feel silly. My papillon Jasmine has the Minnie Dress and a Disney name as well. You are in good company here, I think a lot of us try to bring back something for the pets! :) I try to bring back something she can keep like a new collar, shirt, or toys, but if they don't have anything new and she already has what they have she gets dog biscuits which she loves anyway.

Jasmine also has the Mickey shaped dog tag, a princess pink collar, Minnie Dog Ears, the princess Mickey head plush toy, and Disney food and water bowls. Breezy (male dog, RIP Little Buddy!) had food and water bowls and the red and black Mickey head collar and a tee shirt. Our cat Jimmy Buffett (yeah, I am a parrothead) has the bowls he inherited from our female cat that died, so he is boy cat with girlie Disney bowls but he doesn't seem to care his bowls proclaim him a princess as long as they hold food ;) Every time we go we check for new stuff to bring back for them.

we just got these for our furry guys this past week! The only place I was able to find the all silver mickey head one was nemo and friends in Epcot. But the dog tag machines are all over the park!! lots of choices!!
I used to buy my dogs the food bowls each trip... but they break very easily when you have a one and 5 year old... I am tired of replacing them! The plastic cracks very easily!

Interesting. We have had the dog bowls for about three years and the cat bowls for about 2 years and they have not cracked. I don't have any babies around anymore, but they do get tossed around by the dog when they are empty to get my attention!

prior to my kids... my dogs had the same disney bowls for 4 years!! :rotfl::lmao:
Tile and hard wood and kids throwing not a good combo in my house! Actually I bought a new set in December for the dogs and one of them didn't make it out of the Contemporary. My son threw it on the tile floor in the room! UGH... I went down and returned the unbroken one, trashed the one he broke and gave up! :rotfl:
