Disney Memories Wedding Question

Ok, I was just thinking. If FI and I got married at a courthouse, could we just use the Disney Memories wedding service? We would just want our parents and son there, anyway.

And, could I still use the Cinderella carriage if I stay at the Grand Floridian?

The package doesn't include an officiant, so you'd need to find someone to perform the ceremony although they don't need to be ordained since you'd already legally be married. I'm not sure if any of the memories locations can accomodate the coach. You can use it at the grand Floridian, just not sure if you'd be able to get to the ceremony locations with it. I'm sure you already know the cost, but the coach is more expensive than the memories package itself lol. Which location did you have in mind for the ceremony?

I just checked the memories FAQ, and it said the only available enhancements are for floral, photography, and videography. So i'm guessing transportation is out.

I hadn't really thought about what location I wanted. Just wondered if it was possible. I'd rather pay for the coach and smaller ceremony since we'd want only our parents and child there, anyway. I'd prefer an intimate wedding and smaller than I could do with an escape wedding.

You can't just add the coach a la carte?

Could you use an outside vendor? I know you can use outside cars/buses etc

I'm pretty certain you can't add the coach to a Memories wedding. Like a previous poster said, the add-ons are pretty limited - photography, flowers and video.

Really? Sorry I just copied and pasted from the site. Wonder why it did that.

Edit: just tried it and it worked for me, but I'm on an iPad if that makes a difference? Im not too technical, sorry.

It was fine until I closed it then my whole pooter when't in to self presevation mode and shut down then when I opened it back up again I got a note saying ther was a major error.

I'd steer clear just in case.
