We met him on our last trip 2 years also without the card...is the Disney Visa meet & greet at a different location? Or at the same place/same Kylo but it’s more of a FastPass??

Still Kylo, same location. The Disney Chase VISA queue is just up the stairs from the Kylo M&G open to all guests.
