Does anyone know where I can find a sample of the Disney Medley music shown on the ceremony music song suggestions list?

I've been searching Youtube for quite a while with no luck.

Here is how it is described on the list -
“Disney Medley” (Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings Exclusive - Main Street Electrical Light Parade, Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah, It’s a Small World, Mickey Mouse March)

Thanks!

I was never able to find anything. When I asked my planner she told me they can't send out music for us to hear ahead of time which doesn't make sense since most musicians allow you to hear their work ahead of time. She told me to search you tube but I was never able to find anything. Sorry I'm not any help but we did have the organist at the WP play electrical parade and zip-a-dee-doo-dah as our exit music and it sounded fantastic. (not sure where you are having your ceremony) Good luck!

Thanks! It's good to hear from someone who has actually used it. :) We'll probably be going with the medley even if we don't hear it. My fiance is currently deployed so we're planning our wedding through emails with each other and I had an example of every music selection to play except that one.

Congrats on your wedding! :)

Oh wow that must be tough! Wish we had our video so you could hear it but its going to be 8 months before we get it :sad2: I think you will really enjoy the music though, it is such a fun way to exit your ceremony. Even our guests complimented us on it. We went to the WP a few days before our ceremony and the organist happened to be there. He actually played some stuff for us, that is option if you aren't too far.

i guess you know this and i KNOW it doesn’t help when you are making plans and the DFTW planning timeline os so horrifuicly different rfom the “normal” wedding planning timelines BUT - you will get a sample CD thing when you get your planning kit? do you have that already? they aren’t whole songs but it does give you a flavor. i’m sure we had that in our pre-ceremony music, it was just a medly of themes. it worked out well.

if there is something super specific, go with CDs and get info to your planner and go back and forth with that. i think there was a person around at our rehearsal, but we didn’t rehearse music just talked timelines.

HTH - good luck! :thumbsup2

We're only 2.5 hours away...I'll have to ask about it when we have our planning session in February. :)

I think we already have our planning kit...at least that's what looks like came to us via email. It had the menus, cakes / pricing list, LONG questionnaire, etc. Is that what you're referring to...or should be also get something in the mail?

i could be crazy, but we got a CD that had (literally) 30sec samples of each song. i *think* it was a CD and not a computer file, but i am old and crazy and spent a year wedding planning and that sucks your brain cells and spits them out (not to scare you... :lmao:)

our PS was july 2010 so it wasn’t a zillion years ago, but since you’ve mentioned this to your planner maybe this has been discontinued? else why wouldn’t he/she say “listen to the CD file”?

it’s not the most helpful thing because it is literally (ha!) 30 seconds! god forbid you would hear the whole song. but all the music was fine and much less “cheesy” or “amusement park-y” than i feared.
