Disney Meals to ppl staying off site

We are staying off site on International Drive. Reason being Disney too expensive for us to stay on site even tho we would love too. Now the on site restaurants, are they open to off site guest aswell?? I know that sounds a silly question, but I am unsure. Would like to go to CG for dinner and try B&C and a couple of others, the reviews seem very good for most of them.

Yes...they all are. The reservationist will just ask for your name and home telephone number. Enjoy!!!!

When are you traveling?

The rates change from value to peak mid-Feb (I think the 13th).
Check mousesavers.com for discounts. I can't imagine offsite being cheaper than the AllStars. There is so much convenience in staying onsite.
