Disney Magic's Mango Soup

Does anyone have the recipe for the wonderful chilled mango soup that is served at the first luncheon on the Magic?

Got this recipe on the Cruise Line Forum. Unfortunately, it makes a gigantic quantity. I'm going to try to break it down. It calls for frozen mango puree, so that might be a challenge. Guess I could just try fresh mango and see what happens.
