At what time will a guest be pick up for a 10 am flight out of Orlando from lets say BWI using DME? I thought I saw somewhere it could be 3 to 3 1/2 hours before your flight.

That's a long time on the bus

The target is 2 3/4 to 3 hrs prior to your flight time. that is so you arrive at the airport within their suggested guidelines of 2 hrs prior to your flight. That's the Airport guidelines, not Disney or Mears.

So, an hour or less on the bus to the airport is more like it.
