Disney Magical Express

We leave on the 28th of April..I just called our Travel Agent..no Magical Express Tickets yet. She is calling to see with a tracking number what happened to them.

What will happen if they don't arrive? will we be stranded at the airport? Does anyone know?

They normally courier it so you can still get it before your trip. And no you won't be stranded. You will just have to go to the ME counter and they will let you on, don't worry.

Yes, do not worry at all. The documents and luggage tags may still arrive!

But if they don't, you will need to collect your luggage from the carousel and then take it over with you to the desk on the B side of the terminal. The friendly folks there will be able to get you all fixed up with a cool ride to the resort.

Yeah, anyone with an on-site reservation is entitled to use the Magical Express. As mentioned you will have to grab your luggage, which we prefer anyway because then we have all or stuff when we check-in. Just give them your name at the Magical Express counter and your reservation should come up on the computer.

I think you can also just give them your luggage tag numbers at the DME check in and they will send someone to grab them.

I too leave on the 28th and I booked mine a few weeks back and literally got them 2 days later via UPS. It's odd that you don't have yours yet.

We went once and though my ME package came, DH's didn't. We went to the ME counter and described DH's suitcase and told them it had luggage tags with his name and they picked it up along with mine, no problem.

We r in the same boat as you McIsaac family. Ours haven't arrived yet either. But I did call magical express and they said ours were sent out on April 20 so yours were probably in that same shipment since we are staying at the same resort. They said we should get them either Monday or Tuesday at the latest. But they did explain to me it is still no problem even if we don't get the package. Just remember to have your resort confirmation # handy.

That is very odd, we usually recieve our DME tags 30 days before we leave. It gets here before WDW mail.

If you don't get the tags, I'd just go pick up your luggage and bring it with you to the DME bus. The driver will load it on in the cargo hold.

Last trip I forgot all the package stuff they sent at home.

We stopped at Wal-Mart and I bought some yellow Duct tape and made my own ME tags for our bags. I've stayed at Pop enough so I knew exactly what to put on them.

Went to the Disney ME desk and gave them our baggage tags and told them they had homemade ME tags as I forgot them at home. They printed off new paperwork for me and sent me into the line.

Bags arrived fine at Pop.

We've gotten the wrong tags once, as well as no tags another time. Call the ME number (you can google it) and they will give you instructions. It's not a big deal. They give you a reservation number and look you up that way when you get there. Once we had to collect our own luggage and bring it to ME.

Just had a call from our TA..its ready for pick-up..yippee!! 4 more sleeps!
