Is anybody following the Disney Magic as she heads for CA? I was glued to the computer on Friday watching her go through the Panama Canal. I so wished I could have been there. It was truly amazing. :cheer2: Is anyone on the board going to meet her on Saturday? If so, would you please post some pics? I am used to watching the Magic on the webcam at Port Canveral in Florida and have missed seeing her since she left for her 14-day repo to CA. :guilty: There is no webcam at the Port of Los Angeles, so I would need for someone to post pictures that they took. Getting really excited now!!! :bounce:

I have been watching the Magic - Friday was awesome. Seeing her come through the Panama Canal was breathtaking. I was calling friends out of the blue sending them the link. I'm so excited that she is finally on her way we are scheduled on the last cruise to Mexico before she heads back home!! Times flying by now! I won't be able to see her arrive in SP, but there are several that I hear will be there....

I have most certainly been following it....we were supposed to be on the eastbound repo, but the cost just wouldn't work into our budget this year no matter how hard we tried, so we cancelled our ressie last October (the price has now gone up $2000!!!!)....I have jealously been keeping up and loving every second! DLR will be our Disney fix for this year! DH and I have made an agreement that we will sail on the maiden voyage of DCLs third ship, whenever that may be!

I'll be there on Saturday taking pictures, hopefully as she comes around the corner & into the harbor, and then take pics of her at port. I only live about 15 minutes away, so I'm going to try going up on a little hill to take the pics, and then down to the terminal when she comes in. My friend Regina is on there as well as other DISers, so I hope to catch them. :sunny:

THANK YOU, MaryJo - you are wonderful. :cool1:

I will not be there when the Magic arrives since I'm assuming it will be very early. But I will be there to watch her leave in the afternoon. The port is putting on a big celebration.

I will take many pictures and post them.

I have been watching too.. How I wish that we were on the 14 cruise.. but even on the return 14 day, we couldn't go do to the school calendar.. how i wish I could... so DL will have to do me this time..

I will be on the Magic when she sails out of the port. I will be sure and wave to all of you there watching us leave. :wave2: . This week is going to be really long. :rolleyes1

There is a whole thread on this on the Cruiseline board.

I'll be heading out to DLR with my sister on 8/17/05 -- then boarding the Magic for the return trip on 8/20/05 to Florida.

Had a little help financial with the problems from my Hurricane Frances cruise :goodvibes

Is this a confirmed fact? When will she be cruisable (Is that a word :flower: ) I so hope this is true!

Thanks for any info!
